Jan Broekstra works as a ceramic designer and produces mainly tableware. He was a member of JKN (“Jongens voor de Kleinijverheid” or in English “Boys for the Clay Industry”). His designs are often presented in the context of how they should be used. At several occasions Jan B cooks and serves meals or drinks on his tableware.
