Eric Klarenbeek (Amsterdam, 1978) graduated in 2003 at the Design Academy Eindhoven and started designing for companies such as Davidoff, Droog, Moooi, Jurgen Bey and the City of Amsterdam. Besides, he teaches at the Art Academy Enschede (AKI). ‘Cities and infrastructures are remodelled during time. Spaces and buildings are being re-structured for new appliances. Products that surround us are increasingly dependent on upgrades, even our body.’ ‘Here is where I find myself as a designer.
