Ordering
1. How can I search for a specific product?On any page of the store, use the product search in the top right of the website to search by keyword, designer or price. You can do an advanced search
here.
2. How do I place an order?1. Add the product(s) of your choice to your cart by clicking ‘add to cart’ or ‘buy now’.
2. You will go to the
shopping cart, from which you can go to ‘checkout’ when you have everything you need.

create an account by filling in the details we need to process you order.
4. Choose a shipping and payment method and check your order details.
5. Fulfil your payment on the secured webpage of our payment provider.
6. Done! You will be send back to the Droog website and receive an email with a summary of your order.

4. I am interested in studio work, how do I get more information?On the product page of the piece you are interested in, click on ‘request price’. Send an email to the address that appears with your request and we will answer as soon as possible. For general questions about studio work, contact

6. How do I order as a business?Businesses can order in the same way as private persons. Droog cannot provide invoices with chamber of commerce-numbers for orders placed in the online store.

Shipping1. I have placed an order at the online store. When can I expect the delivery?Most products will be shipped from Amsterdam within three working days. Products that need special packaging or documentation or have limited or no stock may take longer. Depending on shipping service and delivery address, it may take several days until your order is delivered.
Your order will be delivered within a maximum of three weeks.
2. How do I find out shipping costs?In the first step of the checkout process you will see the shipping costs for your order. Shipping rates depend on the service of your choice, package weight and delivery address. Do not hesitate to check; your order is not confirmed until later on in the checkout.
3. To which countries do you ship?We ship to all countries.
4. How do I indicate a different shipping address (to ship goods to a friend, for example)?You can indicate a different delivery address in the checkout process. Your addresses are stored in the

Cancellation & Returns1. How do you deal with returns?Returns shall only be accepted within 8 working days if the product is received undamaged (in the original packaging).
