This collection of brooches shows the designer’s special fascination for classic jewellery and the magic of pop-up fairy tale books. The two worlds have been captured in seductive three-dimensional still-lives, with estranged scales and perspectives like in Alice in Wonderland. The miniatures are inspired by books on 18th century French interiors with highly ornamental, coloured and excessively decorated rooms. Brooches as frozen moments of the baroque daily life.
