GAZE

GAZE is a performance that explores themes of attraction, sensuality and frustration, with the act of observation – the gaze – at its core. Through movement and dance, each performer embodies a different character and distinct personality, exploring intimate interactions. This performance evolves organically around a white 140×190 mattress, transforming the stage into a shared, intimate space. It incorporates multiple sensory elements, with a soundscape composed by Antonio Maza. By merging sensory exploration with physical and emotional storytelling, GAZE invites the audience to reflect on their roles as both observers and participants, engaging through a sensitive and active gaze, positioned on the edge of voyeurism.
