Amelie Spinks Trio

The Amelie Spinks trio presents a fresh set of music inspired by the return of springtime and their recent album release . An indie-folk musician, her songwriting has strong ties to her New Zealand country-folk roots. She will present a set of new and old songs which indulge in the human experience and pursue warm truths. In inviting fingerpicking, sweet melodies and a gentle voice, her songs hold captivating power, and will carry you through the beauty of spring.

To help her music come alive, she will be joined by Anja Gottberg on contrabass and Adrian Bifano on electric guitar. Both experienced jazz musicians and artists in their own right, Anja and Adrian carry musical intuition that suits Amelie’s music entirely. The trio found each other and instant chemistry over a shared love of country music.
