Abigaël Ama & El Encuentro

On Saturday, June 13, Abigaël Ama presents an intimate live performance together with her band El Encuentro.

Abigaël Ama is a multi-talented artist — singer, violinist, songwriter, composer, and producer — based in Amsterdam. Her flow is soft and heartfelt, and her sound is full of emotion, warmth, and connection. A natural improviser, she moves freely between genres and disciplines, always creating from a place of openness and care.

Blending Indie-Folk, Latin Soul and organic grooves, the band creates a warm and introspective live experience filled with rich harmonies, rhythm, and poetic storytelling. Moving between softness and strength, the music draws inspiration from artists such as Natalia Lafourcade, Sara Tavares and Cleo Sol.

For this special evening, Abigaël will be accompanied by Brazilian guitarist Henry Galli, Chinese-American classical pianist Milli McFall, and Colombian bassist Jorge Cabezas — bringing together a rich combination of musical backgrounds and influences.
The evening centers around connection, live vocal harmony, and an authentic sound within an intimate setting.
