A movement session open to all, guided by dance artists Tatiana Śpiewak & Sarah Zechut

This evening’s programme is dedicated to movement and shared exploration. During an hour of guided improvisation, you will be invited to connect with the body’s natural creativity. Through attention to softness, detail, and play, we explore how uncertainty can become a space for discovery.

With music and gentle guidance from two contemporary dance artists, this session offers a space to reconnect with yourself and with others.

Whether you are a professional dancer, an amateur, or simply curious, you are welcome.

Tatiana and Sarah work as a duet of dance artists, drawn in both choreography and teaching to practices of listening, connection, and embodied exchange.
