Door Handles for Valli & Valli

date: 2002
The Italian manufacturer of door handles Valli & Valli commissions Droog to develop a new series of door handles.
The first one is by Ronald Lewerissa, of the Dutch firm Flex Development. It calls upon the manifestation of the method of production and the choice of material.
The door handle is carried out straightforwardly: concept dictates design. The laser technique used for the metal door handle reduces the number of parts to a minimum and additionally allows applying logo’s or other information to the handle.
Joost Grootens designed a Braille door handle: existing door handles equipped with braille signage on the back.
The handle named Anapurna is first shown in Milan and is now being produced by Valli & Valli.
