Shadylace parasol by Chris Kabel

Chris Kabel worked exclusively with Dessailes lace, trying to find alternatives to lingerie products that the material is applied in. He designed a green lace parasol, to be placed on town squares to provide terraces with the idea of sitting in the shade of tree foliage.

This parasol allows just a little sun to shine through, creating a dappled shade. It comes complete with a small bird perched on top.
