The text ‘This is the air we breathe…’ appears as a slow but direct response when air pollution ‘hits’ the material. That way, polluters will be reminded of how they effect the urban environment. At the same time it offers a counterpart to commercial messages that try to catch our attention with screaming colours and rapidly moving images.
