Sola Masaru

Sola Masaru is a Japanese-French artist, producer, and multi-instrumentalist known for his alternative approach to sound and genre-fluid compositions. Classically trained in cello and deeply rooted in both Japanese and European musical traditions, Sola brings a rich, nuanced perspective to contemporary pop and electronic music.

Influenced by visionaries like Ryuichi Sakamoto and Devonté Hynes, Sola explores his Japanese identity through music. Over time, he expanded his toolkit to include cello, bass, guitar, keys, and vocals, blurring the lines between electronic, jazz, and avant-garde pop.

Opening Act: 

Oscar Grouch is a UK-born recording artist and multi-instrumentalist based in Amsterdam, making alternative soft-rock. His set draws inspiration from his time playing in the indie-rock and neo-soul scenes across the UK, with songs that turn heads and get people up dancing on tables. Grouch’s songs blend relatable lyricism and offbeat, striking production. He and his band bring a range of new sounds to the stage as they mix slide-bass with blues oboe, pitch shifters with jazz guitar, all alongside soulful vocals to create a soundscape of storytelling.
