100 Brooches by Ted Noten

The Mercedes Benz has transformed from a car for the ‘chic’ into a car with a high ‘camp’ status the last years.

Jewellery designer Ted Noten dismantled one and turned 100 small parts from the body into brooches. This way everybody can choose his own wearable Mercedes. The installation shows a photo of the body of the car with an indication of where the piece comes from.
