Car mirror by Gijs Bakker

‘Tell me what car you drive and I tell you who you are.’ Car mirror is an ironic comment on men’s relationship with their cars.

A photograph from a glossy magazine has been four colour silk-screened on a plexiglass mirror. The printing raster has been preserved to clarify that it is a copy.
