Did you know you can kickstart your day with a healthy breakfast @droog? We upgraded our menu’s and are happy to share there are many new dishes on there. Like Cilbir Turkish eggs for breakfast… A tasty poached egg unlike you’ve ever had before – with yoghurt, chili butter and fresh dill.
Looking for an original meal at lunch? The Paddo Melt Toast is an all-time favorite, with fresh oyster mushrooms, chipotle bbq sauce, pickled unions and – of course – melted cheese.
Our kitchen closes for lunch at 15:00, but thanks to our new and improved ‘borrel menu’, you will not go hungry while you enjoy a good glass of wine or fresh beverage. Vegetarian betterballen (bitterballen but instead of meat filled with beetroots, oyster mushrooms and cheese), bread with homemade hummus and grilled eggplants and even bao buns with honey kimchi sauce are on the menu.
