Oranienbaum candy by Martí Guixé

This orange flavoured Oranienbaum candy contains an orange seed and a poplar wooden stick. One eats the candy, plants the seed and puts the stick next to it as a warning that in 20 years’ time there will be an orange tree.

Martí Guixé: ‘In Oranienbaum I noticed the boredom and the stillness of nature. And the peace that makes me nervous. A nature made only for looking, a big park where you can not interact, like a big scenario. An out of time, artificial vision of nature.
