Bird Feeder by Paolo Ulian

Paolo Ulian turned an ordinary daily habit into a small act of care for nature. The design connects life inside the home with the outdoor environment by giving leftover breadcrumbs a second purpose.

A simple wooden slider allows crumbs to be pushed directly into the feeder, making the transition from table to bird effortless and intuitive. Reduced to its essentials, the form prioritises function and interaction over visual excess. Placed near a window or outdoors, Bird Feeder invites us to pause and engage with the surroundings, showing how thoughtful design can encourage sustainable behaviour through simple, everyday actions.
